I graduated from St. Edward’s University with a Master of Arts in Counseling. I earned my BA from the University of Texas as Austin.
I have experience working with all age ranges as well as couples, families and groups. Dealing with grief and loss is an area of specialty that I was able to build on while interning at Hospice Austin. My life experience has given me a window into how families can be created, as well as the pain and sadness we experience along our journey. I have worked with clients on addiction issues, including problematic sexual behavior (I am trained as a Specialist in Problematic Sexual Behavior), as well as those struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I help clients find new ways to cope and realize their potential, I help couples and families find their way back to each other, and strengthen individual feelings of well-being. I am trained in EMDR and utilize this as well as Mindfulness, with many clients.
I offer affordable counseling is a warm, supportive environment for individuals, couples and families. When you need to talk, I’ll be here to listen and help you on this journey.
